Yeah, has to be done. I'm eliminating a POV, and switching a bunch of scenes over to adifferent POVs in a hope of balancing the novel better. The story line isn't actually changing, just the control of it. We'll see.
Yes, I cut apart scenes and marked them in the outline by POV (Blue for Llelas, Green for Carmeyon, etc...)
In doing so I discovered a preponderance of Purple in one area, total lack of blue elsewhere. Since I intended Blue/Green/ and Purple to be equal POVs, I suddenly saw why I had some problems. That always helps me straighten things out. ;o)
