Yard work today, plus had the tree guy out to give an estimate for cleaning up our trees. ::shudders:: I cut back the green monster, and now have a vast mat of dead vine lying on my lawn because it wwon't fit into the already full trashcans.
It's supposed to get near 80 today, and then snow tomorrow. Go figure.
Aberrant Dreams is evidently cleaning things, as they posted some LONG (227 days, 364 days) rejections at Duotrope. Also a 134-day report at the Black Hole. My story has gottten to 143 days, but that doesn't make me feel safe. So I'll either something soon or I won't.
Must get to work getting these short stories out. Will spend some time checking markets, and then get to writing. Tomorrow, taxes.
