(no subject)

Have an old friend coming into town tonight, which means I'm just not going to get much writing done. Oh, well. I figure I have a couple of hours before she gets here, which should give me a little time to tinker with my shorts.

Addendum:
Rats! the last of the agent queries I sent out came back as "sorry, no time for you". At least the last batch generated a "I want to read the manuscript". Ah well, must work on getting more out next week....
