ArmadilloCon and the Pirate Story

I haven't received a confirmation yet, but it seems that Broad Universe will be having an RFR at ArmadilloCon after all. I've asked to be put on the list and will, I hope, have a chance to read from my Pirate story. Arrr...

Now I have to wait and see if they'll put me on the list. I've already asked once through the formal e-mail address for that, but never got any response. It seems like half the e-mails that I send out to BU (requests and announcements) simply fade off into the ether...Ah, well. I hope this one got through. ;o)

That's what I've decided the pattern is. It seems that if you watch the e-mails, eventualy someone gives an email address other than the official ones, and that's the one that works. I've already e-mailed Kim, since that was the addy that just came out.

So what's the real addy for announcements? I've sent announcements in, but they've never made the newsletter (I may just be too small, though)

are you on the yahoo group? Most of the announcements come through there... but you can't post unless you're listed as a paid member, and sometimes they aren't caught up (shake the tree.)
