Date: 2007-02-04 03:31 am (UTC)4 - Hmm, I didn't think I'd actually posted anything about VP until I was accepted - though I was anxious about going as the date approached.
6 - Between the two of us we did, though I probably had more. The dry ice makes things difficult - you can't really sip the remaining droplets off the dry ice like you can with regular ice (because sucking up dry ice is not pleasant). I hope that's the "whole thing" you were referring to ;)

Date: 2007-02-04 04:46 am (UTC)As for my own accent, which would have been a Fife (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fife) accent if I hadn't moved away from Scotland so early, reactions range from "wow, you actually kept your Scottish accent after all these years," to "you're from Scotland?" There doesn't seem to even be a discernible pattern regarding who has what reaction.
