After some consideration, I am trunking "The Family Business".

Yes, I sold it to the first venue it went to...which then subsequently evaporated....sublimated...whatever they do. However, I'd have to agree with

displaced_texan that it really just isn't my style. So it goes into the trunk after one submission! ::slams lid and sits on trunk::

I did think about removing one of the two other trunk stories, "Ghost." (The one that an admired gentleman in Kansas said was 'publishable as is', but the four editors I sent it to didn't think so.) I'm going to keep it in there for now, because like TFB, I just don't think it's me either.

On a sunny note: We are going to go to the gym today...the first time out of the house since Friday morning's post. I just hope we can get the car back into the garage! (Steep driveway)
