Mundane thoughts....

Usually, manual labor is good for my creativity. While I'm gardening or cleaning, my mind roams and I find myself really energized to write when I get back to it.

That hasn't been the case this week. I've done plenty of housework, yard work, &c this week, but I've been in an oddly low creative phase. Spent one evening staring at the screen, finally gave up and read instead. Very unlike my usual patterns.

Not that I haven't gotten writing done. I have. I just haven't been jazzed about it.
I suspect I'm thinking to hard about regrouting the shower, and can't drag my mind away from teh mundane.

I'm hoping that once the light fixtures are all installed and the locks done, I'll be back to normal. ;o)
