This morning, while preparing to make breakfast...

Me: Edward Kennedy and Barak Obama are on TV holding hands.
displacedtexan: Last night? Were they really holding hands?
Me: No, they're together being inteviewed on the TODAY show.
displacedtexan: Oh. Are they really holding hands?
Me: No, they're exchanging long protein strands...
displacedtexan: You're a sick woman.
::gleeful laughter::
