I got my paperwork done for the Writer's Workshop at ArmadilloCon. I wasn't going to do it, but![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
adrian_simmons talked me into it. So I lifted the first chapter of TKD and sent it in...appropriate, since that's what I'm supposed to be working on. None of the short stories I'm sweating over are under the 5K limit, so I honestly had little choice.
Got off a couple of Critters critiques. I need to post something in their queue, or I'm just wasting my credits....will do that later (today or tomorrow)
Still trying to make up my mind about TNOD, sitting on the fence with it. I think I might just post it on Baen's and see if anyone's willing to look it over. I've been eyeing an August-opening anthology for it....so the timing should be about right.

My shorts are still in flux...
January: Still at Asimov's
Feb: Trunked
March: At ROF
April 1: On Baen's, needs a re-write
April 2: Dump on Critters
May: Almost finished, needs more tension in the climax.
June: On Baen's, needs a re-write
That will make 7 shorts once I get them all out, which leaves me only 3 to go to achieve this year's short story goal. Then I can get to SERIOUS work on the novels.
I haven't made a sale in a while, but it does at least look like I'm working...
