Worked in the garden and replanted all the leftover irises...and a couple of amaryllises. I hope they all take. Transplanted the echinaceas. Hope those take, too. All black and spiny right now, they are.

Only worked a bit on the PB story so far. Putting in a litle over 2K per day, so I'm hoping to get it pounded out soon. Looked at potential markets and found very little...but I'm writing it now...so I'll darn well have to do something with it. ::rolls eyes::

I am so boring right now.

Ack. Novellas are a hard sell--I have one that I gave up on. But on the plus side, it's always more writing notches under your belt... (I know, sucky comfort. But you can't fight the PB :-( )

Oh, no, not at all! I love garden stuff, and I don't see how mentioning 2 K words worth of writing a day is boring, heck, that's downright thrilling!

I saw a preying mantis today that was brown, and very large and flat. I carried it off our house building site to nearby woods and it sat on a piece of wood I carried with its legs drawn up, just looking at me. Awesome!

2k is wonderful. I feel quite shamed, not having done anything in the direction of writing a single word of fiction, and neither have I done any market research (red-faced). I shall get cracking, starting tomorrow. Promise.
