Movie Rentals...

Since I'm planning to be sewing tomorrow (which entails a lot of sitting still) I rented some movies. And since displacedtexan will be working and therefore not sitting in front of the TV, I rented some flicks he won't want to see.

I got:
Fantastic 4, Rise of the Silver Surfer (OK, he might want to see that)
No Reservations
27 Dresses
The Namesake

And I need to re-watch Hellboy....in preparation....

How often do I rent movies? The guy had to check my addy, which had my old zip code still....more than a year out of date.

I like to listen to audiobooks when I sew, or BBC radio.

Are you making the skirt for WOTF? I managed to find a nice dress to wear to an upcoming wedding, along with some new summer clothes for our vacation.

Well, I'm making a skirt for that, plus a bodie to wear with it (in case I don't like the corset with it) and another skirt to wear with the jacket....georgette...::shudders::

Movies

I usually go for the really girlie stuff when my husband isn't watching with me like 'Pride and Prejudice' with Keira Knightly or 'Becoming Jane or there's always Harry Potter. I didn't see the first Hellboy or read the comics, so I probably won't start now even though the new movie villain looks very interesting. Hope your sewing goes better than mine. I never look like the picture on the front of the pattern!

Some of the sewing was successful, some not...sewing on georgette really sucks. ;(
