Plumber..

So, I asked my husband to get our downstairs water heater fixed for Christmas. Our regular plumber showed up this morning (45 minutes early) and had it fixed in under an hour, I think. $85. We really like this plumber. He does a great job, and doesn't fix things that don't need fixing. That's nice. ;o)

Unfortuately, It's a local family owned company...but you know, it is rather unusual to have reliable and efficient workmen!
