General Stuff....

I've neglected to mention that a Mississippe Kite has moved into our neighborhood. I like to watch him while I'm working in the garden. Their plumage makes their tails particularly interesting to watch in flight.

Today as I was driving into the subdivison, I saw him stooping in the direction of our main gates so I slowed down, and he snatched something off the pavement about eight feet from my car. Glad I stopped, or he would have slammed into the side of my car.
