Stye annoyance....

I am going to finish that revision today. I will!

I have a stye....not a bad one, but bad enough that I'm wearing glasses today. I hate wearing glasses because they're just not good enough. I drift through a fuzzy existence when I have these things one, my peripheral vision all vague and useless. But I will get this revision done, whether I can see the screen or not!

105 day rejection from Asimovs. A personal note from Sheila Williams and she spelled my name correctly. (That last is not because she's familiar with me or my work, but because she's being considerate) ::glowing and moping at the same time::

It's really odd when you get these things, because although they are a major let-down, you also have to try to look for the good parts:
