The husband read the rough draft of the March story. "Good story, well-written....but who's going to buy it".
Well, It still needs work, but he's right in that it isn't standard fare. I think it might be like "A Mention of Death": I needed it because it fits into an overall story arc, but it may never see print. :o(
On a brighter note, the April story is shaping up pretty well, if I can just keep it short enough! I'm at 4k, and April isn't even here yet.
