Austin pending--ristras
Oct. 22nd, 2006 02:50 pmI may be heading down to Austin early, as a family member has fallen and broken their jaw in two places. Wired jaw--liquid food. OUCH!!!
Of course, going to Austin early won't be much trouble. It would take me away from my husband, gardening, dogs and OWFI duty, but that would give husand time to have the house to himself, and he can bond with the beasts. There was a frost last night, so there's not much gardening left to do, and as long as I'm back for the OWFI executive meeting, no harm done there either. (They can survive without me)
So, I might be there early for WFC, which will give me time to hunt about for ristras. Why can't we find these in Oklahoma? I need two to put up on either side of my door outside the house.
Anybody know a good place in Austin that sells them?
