Back in the saddle....
Sep. 9th, 2006 07:37 pmBefore anyone jumps to any conclusions, I'm just referring to changing over to a new computer. My old Gateway slimline was getting near the breaking point, so now I've gotten a new eMachines (yes, I know that's Gateway) comp.
It's much faster than it's predecessor, and it whirs and chugs. (My old comp was very quiet--this one talks back to me. I'll probably end up talking to it.)
Fortunately, I think everything has made the migration save for two e-books that I forgot to transfer over. I'll see if I can dig them out of the old one later. Everything else seems to have come through thanks to the efforts of my husband.
Hopefully, I'll get lots of years out of this critter!
