We have no cable or satelite (we don't watch enough TV to warrant it) so we've always gotten our channels off air.
Husband says we're going to have to break down and buy a DVR. They're not actually much more expensive than one of the digital converter boxes. We'll still be able to play our old VHS tapes, but not record anything new.
I'm simply surprised I didn't think of it until yesterday.
