Yay!
The last big reivew is in* for Touching the Dead, and I didn't get lambasted!!
Tangent Online
The reviewer cyber-knows me and therefore wisely called in a pinch-hitter to cover my story. "J. Kathleen Cheney's "Touching the Dead" slowly unfolds like a delicate flower."
He has a lot more to say, mostly kind, for which I am very grateful. My writing style is rather more slow and deliberate than many readers like, but the reveiwer tries to cast that in a good light. And this just makes me glow...."In many ways, this young girl's methodical reasoning throughout the story reminded me of a young Sherlock Holmes."
*OK, the review came out last week, but I missed it somehow.
