tsk...tsk

I ordered [livejournal.com profile] jjschwabach's new book "Curse's Captive" from Lulu (It's from Double Dragon Publishing, but I prefer the hard copy).

Today I got a package from them, but someone had put the wrong book inside. The invoice lists her book, but someone goofed. I have an e-mail from them now that says they'll respond to my question (How do I get the right book?) in one or two days.

Does anyone know how they handle this kind of thing?

ETA: LuLu contacted me and will be sending out the correct title. No word about sending backo the other book.

Sounds like a customer service issue to me! Hopefully they'll send you a postage paid mailing label so you can return the incorrect book, and they'll ship out the correct one right away.

I've only ever purchased a couple of things from them, and they got those right, so I don't think this is the norm for them.

I hope you're correct!

! What did they send you instead?

Let's see...

"The Age of Psiber Knights: A Place to Rule" by Thomas John Moscato.

Nothing against this guy, but I'm not going to pay that sort of money and not get the book I ordered!

Dear me...
I will have to ply you with key lime pie at Armadillocon.

Huh-I was wondering if the title was anything close. Weird!

Nope, just a total mix-up
