Link Salad...or is it Soup? Possibly STEW?

Hmmmmm.....STEW.

Such an oddity for me. I don't usually do these, but I have links today.

1) [livejournal.com profile] marshall_payne has posted his interview with me at Fantasy Magazine today. It was surrpisingly fun to do. ;o)

2) [livejournal.com profile] scbutler's story "More Than Once Upon a Time" is now up at Beneath Ceaseless Skies.

3) [livejournal.com profile] melissajm's story "Children of the Fire" can now be found at Aberrant Dreams.

4) [livejournal.com profile] musingaloud has a charming short, Potion Woes out in Everday Fiction.

5) Place reserved for the one I'm sure I forgot....If you guys remember, leave a note in the comments.

6) [livejournal.com profile] incandragon posted this. It's worth a watch for the nostalgic smile it will bring (to those of us over a certain age).

I'm holding out for the link-kabobs, personally.

Aren't those made from link left-overs?

Chicken Paprikash!

(Sorry, we used to have a restaurant here that did a smorgasbord with paprikash....so good).

Dutch flash mobs?

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 09:54 pm (UTC)(link)
you know they're a wild and crazy people when they dance in the train stations to....the Sound of Music...

[identity profile] jjschwabach.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 10:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Oddly, I lived in the Netherlands for a while when I was four, and I do not recall that. But how can I deny the evidence of my own eyes?

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 11:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Tis truth...

[identity profile] jjschwabach.livejournal.com 2009-04-23 11:50 pm (UTC)(link)
"It's on the internet; it has to be true!"

Ich bin... drat... it's all buried too deep in there. I keep getting inane phrases. The problem is, I think, that I didn't really understand I was speaking Dutch, or I did, but not fully. I remember once when traffic was stopped, and my father got out and went up to see what was going on. We got out to stretch our legs, and I went up to a cop and said, "Var ist mein vader?" He found him for me.

I loved Missy's story and Marshall's interview of you.

I just read the witch story. That was cute

And Jen's posts had me curious enough to check out the flash-mob link.
Well, that brought happy tears to my eyes.

Thanks:o)
