Story at Fantasy Magazine ;o)

"Early Winter, Near Jenli Village" went live this morning on Fantasy Magazine, and as promised, I have a nice link right here.

In related news, I got an e-mail that said that Wildside Press is having an April sale, where they're offering a 25% discount on a purchase of any 2 or more items in their inventory.

I didn't see any signs that the sale was exclusive so, from the e-mail...
That means everything: Wildside Press classics, Prime Books anthologies, Juno Books novels, old and new issues of Weird Tales... and everything in between! If you can find it at WildsidePress.com (or our backlist site, WildsideBooks.com), it's on sale from now through April 30. Just enter the coupon code "april" at checkout.

Must go shopping later ;o)

That was wonderful. Very compassionately told.

I also got that mail, so I guess they sent one to every person they've ever had an email addy for. they are not the only publisher sending out such like mails at present.
Bit irritating, actually, since I didn't sign up for any of this at any time.

Sorry. Just delete them. I do with things I don't want.

I liked that story a lot. Well done and well written. Good characterization, too. I enjoyed it.

I clicked on your webpage link at the bottom of the story, though, but it didn't work. :(

I'll let the editor know...I think that happened the last time I had a story there as well....or some other venuw. It's a formatting thing.

Jeannette, you have a way of breathing life into these characters and the settings feel so real. I feel like I'm there! Beautiful story.

I just posted the same comment over at F.M..

I figured it was worth saying twice:o)
