Various and Sundry

Husband has started watching Supernatural, so we may start in on that series. Target currently has Season 1 and Season 3 on sale. Why not 2? Hmmmm...

67% done on rewrite.

As pertains to yesterday's post:
Yes, I do think that Jeremy Brett is a better Holmes than Rupert Everett. There, I've said it.

That's how they draw you in... you get the ones on sale, and then you HAVE to have the one in the middle, so you shell out the full price.

Except. NOT. 8-)

Clearly they don't know my cheapness well enough...

The man had the right arrogance/confidence of voice, but also his body movements were perfect -- gangly, yet quick to move.

Dr. Phil

I think that was it. Also, I kinda feel like the Rupert Everett version has an agenda....

You have excellent taste ;o)

Jeremy Brett--rules as Holmes. There I said it too. That means it is a consensus.

We rule!

I was very fond of Jeremy Brett as Holmes. My father once gave me four tapes (yes, it was a while ago) for my birthday. My mother "loaned" them to my aunt, and then said, "Oh, you can keep them!" This would be while I was in Kentucky, living "in a little apartment, just trying to get by..." When I was all ready to move into a Big Girl Job and a Big Girl apartment, I asked for them....
alas, alack. (Not that video tapes are the Thing, anymore.)

Grrrr....

Sorry about that.
