Despite starting on a Saturday, the new community aboutmarkets is apparently off with a bang, already having 45 watchers as of this morning. Cool.

For those who were too busy this week-end to look at the ra_log, there's more information about this new community here and you can visit it here. There will be a few more posts today (Some people didn't want to post info on a Saturday, as fewer people are around the virtual water cooler.)

The moderators want everyone to play nice. DO NOT post anything insulting to or defaming of an editor, publisher, or slush-reader. It will be removed. This is not a place for flame wars. Info only.

Looks very cool--I'd like to either watch or else watch and join--what is the difference? With "watch," it will appear in my friends list, but what does "join" signify? Can only those who've joined post, for instance?
