Just for now....

My nails are hard and my skin looks....well, decent. (I have acne rosacea, which is fairly mild most of the time, but on occasion flares up. The doc and I have discussed medication for this, but I don't want to be on a chronic med if I don't really need it.)

I wish I could say I knew to what I could attribute this temporary state....because I would do it all the time. However, a couple of months ago, I did start switching out "Hair, Skin, and Nails" vites with my multi, every other day. The chance that that's the real explanation is dubious, in my mind

Hasn't done much for my hair, either. Still straw-like. I wonder if it's time to stop dying the stuff.*

[livejournal.com profile] displacedtexan brought home a copy of The Guardian (only a week old). Should be an interesting supplement to The Ecomomist.

The bunny's been working up some freaky ideas lately, including the one where there's a serial killer....but he's not actually the story's bad guy. Weird.

I wish I could stop dying my hair but now I have some gray hairs.

One reason it's not too likely for me, either.

I used a different brand last time, and I suspect that's why my hair feels funny. Will go back to Feria...

I use Feria, and sometimes Nutriss or whatever it's called.

I haven't tried the second, mostly becasue I can't find a color I really like there. Feria has a few I do favor ;o)
