displaced_texan has a new CD "Colloquial Hindi".
We're in the car, listening to it...and the guy doing the English introduction sounds EXACTLY like Simon Cowell. (OK, I've never seen American Idol, but SC was a guest on The Simpsons once, where he mocked Maggie in her attempt to get into a posh pre-school).
I'm not going to learn anything from that CD. Everytime he talks, I see the cartoon image of him....It's horrible.
Do we really need three aspirated consonants?
