So, as I start preparing my next 11 agent queries, my little pinch-hitter printer says....low on black ink! OK, it's OUT of colored ink, the black costs 18$, and I only paid 24$ for the printer. A family member has snagged a temporary printer for me, but I won't get it until a week or so from now, so I did the next best thing....I found a clearance printer. Cartridges for this one cost 33$, but the printer cost 57$. ::cringing!:: Well, I needed it.
I hope that between the new bargain-basement printer and the second-hand one I can keep a reasonable stable of printers going. Perhaps if I leave them in the dark together, they'll reproduce. (OOH, both HPs! Perhaps they'll have little HP cartridge babies--my luck, they'll only work in a third printer)
