Speculative Romance

J.E.Armond put a link to my short story "The Stains of the Past" on the Speculative Romance Online Blog. Although it isn't as racy as she usually likes, (It was published in "The Sword Review") she told me she likes the 'voice' of my narrator.

"The strength of this story is the narrator's wistful, lyrical voice. And the hero made me ache a bit, for his plight."

It was nice of her to put it on there. (I'm certainly glad she didn't go...oh, I hated it!)

Lurker

Well, being new to the blogger thing, I have just discovered the concept of 'lurking'. You creep around other people's blogs and look at their stuff without ever really saying anything.

The oddest thing I figured out is that you can look at the page of anyone who makes a comment on anyone else's page, and look at their friends, and go to a random friend's page from there, and then to the next, where you end up tweny-nine degress of separation from theoriginal page you visited.

Kind of creepy when you think about it!
