I've gotten a couple of reviews in for "A Hand for Each", including today's posting over at The Fix: here. The reviewer (marshall_payne) liked the story, although it didn't speak to him stylisticly. Even so, I'm very pleased!

To be balanced, I should present the following review from John at Grasping for the Wind where I am considered too mean to my protagonist. (How very true!)

Also, a reader sent her review to JJA who posted it on his blog...in which the author is apparently following the rule of 'If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say nothing at all' and says nothing about my story at all. Read into that what you will. ;o)

So, I have them all posted together with a knot tied around them for your perusal. I must now go and chop up downed tree branches! WooHOO!

ETA: I am also now done with Christmas Shopping....I am pleased.

I haven't even started to think of Christmas shopping (holds aching head in hands). Wasn't it only yesterday that Christmas was like months away?

On to the reviews: I loved reading the reviews and the issue looks really amazing.

Maybe you are mean, but you write a great story. Yours was my favorite of them all. (But don't tell anybody ;-)
