Oh, the thing about tomatoes on the salad at a restaurant is that a tomato looks like the Cadillac of fruit. (Thanks, it is a fruit, I remember now.) It makes the few dollars you spend look more than like just a bunch of lettuce and slivers of lesser vegetables with a little bit of Ranch dressing to make it tasty. The tomato is the Royal Crown on the salad. But I really don't wanna eat the tomato. Yes, I'll follow your lead and move the King of vegetables to the side of the plate. hee
