Indian Food
We just had our first cooking class at the Indian restaurant that ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
displaced_texan and I like. We made Potato Masala and Chicken Tikka Masala. It was great fun, and I think I can almost recreate them at home. None of the spices seem too impossible to find.
My week of social commitments is almost over, with tomorrow night being my last planned social thingee for the month. Whew! I really do feel like I'll work much better once I get through that.
