Prognostojection WIN

The folks at Duotrope, in their great wisdom, have now added response dates to their What's New page....awesome!!

Oh, that is beautiful.

I must admit that this makes me giddy. Now if they'd just add a column to the sub tracker that tells me when the latest response was reported so I don't have to visit the actual market page to see it....

[identity profile] tlmorganfield.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 08:58 pm (UTC)(link)
Ooh, and you can sort by date reported. Shiny!!!

[identity profile] grayrose76.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 09:07 pm (UTC)(link)
Awesome!!!

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 09:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Or just e-mail us hourly....

What I'd ultimately love is a way to filter it so I only see the publications I care about. I really don't want to know if GlimmerTrain is clearing its desks...

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 09:09 pm (UTC)(link)
Is it not? I love these people ;o)

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 09:09 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes!

[identity profile] grayrose76.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 09:15 pm (UTC)(link)
And now Duotroping becomes even more addictive... *sigh*

::drooling::

[identity profile] musingaloud.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 10:07 pm (UTC)(link)
LOL. this is funny because I was just there and thought to myself, "Wow, I *never* noticed before that they have response dates listed. Duh, why didn't I notice that?" It did occur to me to wonder if it was a new feature, but I decided no, it was just me not being observant enough. ahahahahah!

I blame you for my duotrope addiction, you know. I didn't realize you could watch the responses in Whats New to figure out when the markets were slush reading. Now it's a 3-10 times a day obsession. *sigh*

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 10:16 pm (UTC)(link)
Mwahahahaha!!!!

Actually, I told Traci we need a feature that just e-mails us the updates hourly ;o)

[identity profile] justin-pilon.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 03:02 am (UTC)(link)
Awesome! Yeah, that'll make it better than guessing where in the seven day range it was reported. Now if I can just not look at it...

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 01:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Made you look!

[identity profile] ken-schneyer.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 06:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Seriously awesome. Adds a whole new dimension to rejectomancy.

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 06:30 pm (UTC)(link)
So addictive ;o)

[identity profile] ruralwriter.livejournal.com 2009-04-17 01:09 am (UTC)(link)
What a sweet feature for prognostojection addicts!

[identity profile] j-cheney.livejournal.com 2009-04-17 02:08 am (UTC)(link)
So true....

We need Prog Anonymous...
