Not really. I've cut back the carbs severely for the last three days, but that wouldn't account for the nails acually not splitting. I'll keep an eye on that, though. It might be part of it. ;o)

I suspect it's a conglomeration of a lot of small factors, some of which may not be terribly obvious. I have been trying to take a lot more fiber suplements....so perhaps there's some relationship there.....
