Word joy...

Yep, The Register does it again. ([livejournal.com profile] displacedtexan usually reads this and often forwards interesting science articles to me.)

From yesterday's article,
DARPA aim to make killer robots invulnerable to damage
.
The US military boffins in question, one need scarcely add, are those of DARPA - the agency believed to harbour the largest group of human quislings working for the future machine regime in the entire federal government.

While the article concerns robots designed to take damage and keep moving (like the terminator?) and flying drones with functions described as "hunter killer weapons systems", my favorite part of the article is the actual use of the word 'quisling.' I love it!

Mwahahaha!
