(The one I whined about mis-sending a couple of days ago)

"I've checked into it and waiting for an answer. It did go to a reader but I'm not sure what happened at that point. I'll get back to you hopefully within a week or two. Otherwise, email me again."

See, they didn't dismiss you out of hand. Better not to do it again, though! It's too bad email isn't more like Vista - "are you sure you want to do this?" - before you reply or send.
