Is it legitimate to try to artificially build a community? Should it not just form naturally?

Does content lead to community, or does it go the other way around?

I second Toby, he's a great guy. You could prolly drop him a line for suggestions and commentary too. Tell this idea came from one of his admirers from Context.

He's a WoTF alumnus too.

Talk too about the resources for community now available due to rapid communication between like minded individuals, the resources for writers in finding audiences and support...

The importance of patch management, firewalls, and regular and frequent backups. Cautions about supplying too much personally identifying information online. Stuff like that.
